Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and other outreach.
• Prospect for new business opportunities and connect with potential customers.
• Support existing customer accounts by answering questions, following up on requests, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Learn about customer needs and identify products or services that may be a good fit.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to help move prospective customers through the sales process.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and account notes within internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
• Assist with quotes, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
