Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through outbound calls, follow-up, referrals, and relationship building.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts and recommend additional products and services.
• Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support for an outstanding experience.
• Learn customer needs and recommend products and solutions that fit their business.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Develop product knowledge to become a trusted resource for customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account activity in company systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to support sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
