Job summary

Sectech Solutions is seeking a Junior SailPoint Engineer to join our IAM team in the Washington, DC area. You will help maintain, configure, and support our SailPoint platform to ensure secure access governance across the organization.

You will work on-site 3–4 days per week, collaborate with senior IAM engineers to onboard applications, configure identity workflows, and troubleshoot access issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' hands-on SailPoint IIQ or ISC experience.
• On-site in the Washington, D.C. metro area 3–4 days/week.
• Full U.S. working rights; no visa sponsorship.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day SailPoint IIQ/ISC administration and support.
• Configure, test, andTroubleshoot identity workflows, roles, and access certifications.
• Collaborate with senior IAM engineers to onboard applications.
• Monitor system health and handle operational tickets.
