Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking an entry-level Safety Apprentice to support the Safety Department in promoting and maintaining a safe work environment across all operational areas. This role offers hands-on experience in safety inspections, incident reporting, and compliance monitoring under the guidance of the Field Safety Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA 10/30 certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Safety Apprentice assisting in inspections, incident reporting, and compliance monitoring.
• Requires OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Must pass drug test and have valid driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the safety field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine safety inspections and audits.
• Support investigation and documentation of workplace incidents.
• Maintain safety records including training logs and reports.
• Participate in safety meetings and promote safety awareness.
• Monitor PPE compliance and report deviations.
• Assist in corrective actions and follow-up procedures.
• Coordinate with departments for modified duty for injured employees.
• Support drug screening and post-incident protocols.
• Keep up-to-date with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
