BrothersTech seeks an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions that automate repetitive business processes across systems. You will work with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, collaborating with analysts and IT teams to map processes, build reusable components, and ensure maintainable automation with proper governance and logging.

• Understanding of workflow design, process mapping, and business process automation.
• Experience with exception handling, debugging, logging, and bot scheduling.
