Piada Group in Avon, IN is seeking a Supervisor to join our fast casual team. You will oversee Team Members, ensure guests receive an authentic experience, and help manage daily kitchen responsibilities, prep lists, and shift labor.

You'll develop junior staff into future Supervisors, uphold food quality, sanitation, and safety standards, and support with ordering and scheduling while delivering a warm, hospitality-driven guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as part of the leadership team.
