Piada Italian Street Food in Ohio is seeking a Supervisor to join our fast casual team in South Euclid. You will support the restaurant leadership, oversee Team Members, and ensure guests receive an authentic experience whether it’s their first time or their hundredth.

You’ll help manage daily prep, maintain food quality, and assist with labor scheduling while developing Team Members into future Supervisors. This role offers growth opportunities within Piada Group.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team
• Provide guests with a warm, heart-felt dining experience through thoughtful cooking and ingredient preparation
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow daily checklists to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Assist with food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors
• Assist with any additional duties assigned
