Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a hands-on professional to support residential construction activities across multiple sites in the Albuquerque area. You will assist with field operations under supervision, helping ensure schedules, quality, and safety align with company standards.

The role emphasizes learning, development of construction management skills, and collaboration with superintendents, trade partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality homes.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple homes and production schedules simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop construction management expertise.
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Ability to collaborate with field teams and trade partners.
• Ability to communicate and interact with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily residential construction activities for assigned homes in accordance with schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate trade partner activities and verify work per approved scopes and timelines.
• Perform routine inspections and report deviations to the supervisor.
• Monitor jobsite safety and support OSHA programs.
• Assist with scheduling and municipal inspections and permits.
• Participate in homeowner orientations and walk-throughs.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and records.
• Support team workflow by identifying issues and assisting with corrective actions.
• Provide mentorship and training to Assistant Superintendents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
