Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Omaha, NE seeks a Junior Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney to join its Energy, Environmental, Mining, and Transportation Division. The successful candidate will engage in diverse renewable energy work, including project development, commercial transactions, and financing.

Collaborate with attorneys, draft and negotiate agreements, and close sophisticated commercial deals while growing expertise in tax credits and energy project finance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of renewable or conventional energy transactions, or related M&A, financing, real estate, or project development.
• Familiarity with tax credit matters (ITCs/PTCs) is a plus.
• Nebraska bar admission or eligibility without exam.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group.
• Engage in project development and transactional practice areas.
• Negotiate, draft, and close commercial agreements.
