Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Junior Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney to join its Energy, Environmental, Mining, and Transportation Division in Dallas, TX. You will work with a team of attorneys on diverse renewable energy projects, including development, transactions, and financing.

The role involves negotiating, drafting, and closing commercial agreements, as well as engaging in financing and related transactional practice areas within a dynamic energy group.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in renewable or conventional energy transactions or related fields.
• Exposure to negotiating, drafting, and closing commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with tax credit matters, including ITCs or PTCs, is a plus.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in Texas.
