Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Omaha, NE seeks a Mid-Level Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney to join its Energy, Environmental, Mining, and Transportation Division. You will work with a team on renewable energy projects including development, transactions, and financing.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in energy transactions or related fields, strong drafting and negotiation skills, familiarity with ITCs/PTCs, and eligibility for Nebraska bar admission.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in renewable or conventional energy transactions.
• Strong background in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with ITCs or PTCs is a plus.
• Licensed to practice in Nebraska or eligible for admission without examination.
