Qualifications

• 2-3 years of renewable energy transactions or related field (e.g., M&A, financing, real estate, or project development).
• Familiarity with tax credits (ITCs/PTCs) is a plus.
• Excellent writing, analytical, organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group.
• Engage in project development and transactional work.
• Negotiate, draft, and close commercial agreements.
