BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Junior Renewable Energy Transactions Associate Attorney to join its Energy, Environmental, Mining, and Transportation Division in Irvine, CA. The role involves working on development, commercial, financing, and transactional matters within the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities include assisting in project development and transactional matters, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, and collaborating on mergers, acquisitions, and financing

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in renewable or conventional energy transactions, or related fields.
Exposure to negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
Familiarity with tax credit matters, including ITCs or PTCs, is a plus.
Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in California.

Responsibilities

Assist in project development and transactional matters within the renewable energy sector.
Negotiate, draft, and close commercial agreements.
Collaborate with team members on mergers, acquisitions, and financing projects.
