Job summary

Frost seeks an Associate Relationship Manager I in Texas to build lasting client relationships and support commercial lending activities. You’ll train in a formal credit program, analyze financials, and advise on loan structures while growing sales and industry knowledge.

Ideal candidates hold a business degree, demonstrate strong communication and organization, and are ready to start January 2027 or July 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with accounting/finance preference and minimum 2.75 GPA.
• 6+ hours of accounting coursework or graduate equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and organization.
• Prior banking experience or knowledge of bank products is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop loan packages and assess size, structure, and approvals.
• Foster long-term client relationships and understand client needs.
• Meet monthly call and product sales goals with coaching.
• Report activity and marketing results to the sales coach.
• Support loan commitments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on Frost products and participate in training.
