Job summary

The HT Group is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing Advanced Manufacturing organization in Redmond, WA. This onsite role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating the full recruitment process across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, highly organized, and a desire to build a career in recruiting with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination within a technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of recruiting, HR, staffing, customer service, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open positions and candidate requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Recruit for positions across engineering, manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, operations, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and scheduling throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment processes.
• Manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS.
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates on candidate pipelines and open positions.
• Learn and apply recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and market trends.
• Support the recruiting team with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with positions that may require U.S. person status, export-control eligibility, or security clearances when applicable.
