Primary Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for production, warehouse, and maintenance roles across multiple Houston-area facilities. The role emphasizes rapid candidate movement, strong collaboration with operational leaders, and hands-on screening and interviewing to fill hourly positions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, with proficiency in ATS/UKG and MS Office, and must be onsite in Jersey

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience required.
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting and multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience recruiting hourly, production, warehouse, or skilled industrial employees.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process.
• Experience supporting recruitment activities in fast-paced operational environments.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with UKG preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in the Jersey Village area of Houston, TX required.

• Manage high-volume recruiting activities across multiple manufacturing and operational locations.
• Source qualified candidates for production, warehouse, maintenance, and other hourly positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and community resources.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and relevant experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing priorities, position requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, hiring decisions, and offer activities.
• Maintain active candidate pools to address immediate openings and recurring workforce needs.
• Track candidates through background screening, drug testing, and pre-employment processes.
• Maintain accurate applicant records, requisition activity, and recruiting reports within applicant tracking systems.
• Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Monitor recruiting progress and adjust sourcing efforts to meet changing staffing demands.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
