Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Recruiter I to support talent acquisition across the organization, including active funded positions. The recruiter will work under senior leadership to manage sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding, gaining exposure to government contracting recruiting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 0–2 years of experience, and strong interpersonal skills. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and delivering a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or HR roles including internships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to learn new skills and industry terminology.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media sourcing.

Responsabilités

• Support recruiting efforts for assigned requisitions with hiring managers and senior recruiters.
• Post job openings and advertise across boards and social channels.
• Source candidates via resume searches, LinkedIn, job fairs, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring positions.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess minimum qualifications.
• Coordinate screenings, background checks, and education verifications.
