The role involves headhunting high-quality candidates, building client relationships, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities

• Headhunt and engage high-quality candidates through calls, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Build and develop client relationships through proactive business development.
• Qualify roles and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
• Advise clients and candidates as a consultative partner within your market.
• Negotiate offers, fees, and contracts.
• Generate leads and commercial insights to grow your desk.
