The Opportunity

We're looking for a hungry, driven Candidate Specialist to join our Broking desk in NYC. This is a pure headhunting role focused on identifying, engaging, and delivering top-tier brokerage talent to our clients across Investment Banks, Interdealer Brokers, and Buy-Side institutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Headhunting Excellence: Proactively source and engage passive candidates while maintaining/leveraging strong relationships within our existing candidate network
• Market Mapping: Build comprehensive talent maps of key brokers, understanding desk structures, team dynamics, and market movements
• Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across junior to VP-level broking professionals
• Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with top broking talent, becoming their trusted career advisor
• Candidate Qualification: Conduct thorough screening calls to assess technical capabilities, cultural fit, and career motivations
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market moves, comp trends, and desk changes across the broking landscape
• Candidate Management: Guide candidates through interview processes, manage expectations, and ensure smooth placement experiences
• Partner with BD: Work closely with our client-facing consultants to match the right talent with the right opportunities

Who We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment – Experience within agency recruitment is a MUST
• Proven track record of hitting targets and thriving in a competitive, metrics-driven culture
• Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to engage senior-level professionals
• Relentless work ethic with a hunter mentality – you don't wait for opportunities, you create them
• Strong commercial awareness and genuine interest in financial markets

Ideal

• Previous experience recruiting within Financial Services (Broking, Sales & Trading, or Investment Banking)
• Existing network within the broking community
