Talent Acquisition Specialist at Oliver James | Hiring Entry Level Sales Talent in NYC

We are recruiting for a number of high achieving, coachable and commercially minded individuals with sales experience to join the Oliver James team in New York City.

As an Analyst at OJ you’ll benefit from industry leading training and coaching throughout your career, kicking off with our 13-week Accelerator program designed to ensure you are equipped with the skills and tools necessary to become part of our next generation of top performers.

You must be prepared to work hard, have a genuine passion and interest in the recruitment sector, thrive in a target driven environment, and be as relentlessly committed to your learning and development as we are.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing?

• Headhunting candidates via cold calls, LinkedIn and referral networks


• Qualification calls to understand candidates’ background, motivation and career goals


• Selling relevant job opportunities to new and existing candidates


• Prospecting hiring managers to sell OJ’s services, qualify accounts, and generate jobs


• Proactively generating leads, referrals and other commercial information


• Managing interview preparation, feedback and offer processes


• Negotiating fees, contracts and offers


• Acting as a consultative partner for both clients and candidates, providing expert recruitment advice about your market
