• Cold calling & headhunting top talent
• Selling roles to candidates and services to hiring managers
• Generating leads, referrals, and commercial insights
• Managing interviews, offers, and placements
• Negotiating contracts and fees
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
