Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) seeks a Junior QC Inspector to perform quality inspections on the production floor, measuring materials and verifying dimensions to ensure products meet customer specifications. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will read tape measures and basic precision tools, with potential to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read tape measures and use basic precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Previous manufacturing or quality control experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections of materials and finished products using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Verify products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections on the production floor.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Work closely with production personnel to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company quality procedures and safety policies.
• Assist with additional quality control duties as assigned.
