Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Write and execute test cases based on product specs for IVR apps.
• Perform thorough test case execution and defect reporting.
• Test web apps using HTML/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/Sencha ExtJS.
• Consult with product team to evaluate interfaces and performance.
• Recommend design improvements during development.
