• BS degree in mechanical, aerospace, mechatronics or a related engineering field.
• Graduated within the last year and available to start by Fall 2027.
• Strong fundamentals in propulsion, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and structural analysis.
• Relevant internship/co‑op or hands‑on experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership.
• Ability to earn trust and collaborate in an inclusive culture.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset; self-driven with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze and test fluid and mechanical components and systems, including propulsion components.
• Integrate materials, processes, manufacturing, systems test and operations into projects.
• Duties align with business unit objectives and program timelines.
