Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics or related field.
• Graduates within the last year who can start Fall 2027.
• Strong fundamentals in propulsion, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and structural analysis.
• Internship/co-op or hands-on experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership.
• Ability to build trust, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to an inclusive culture.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on rapid development programs.
• Flexible, adaptable, and self-driven with initiative.
