Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical, aerospace, mechatronics or related engineering field.
• Degree earned within the last year and able to start by Fall 2027.
• Strong fundamentals in propulsion, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and structural analysis.
• Relevant internship/co-op demonstrating technical skills and leadership.
• Ability to earn trust and foster inclusion.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on rapid development programs.
