Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking early-career engineers in mechanical and aerospace disciplines to contribute to propulsion, fluid, and thermal systems. You will participate in design, analysis, and testing across fluid components and mechanical assemblies, with opportunities to work on integrated systems and hardware.

Ideal candidates have recently earned a BS in engineering, with internship or co-op experience, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or related field.
• Recent graduate within the last year and available to start Fall 2026.
• Strong fundamentals in propulsion, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and structural analysis.
• Relevant internship or co-op and/or hands-on experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
• Commitment to inclusion and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze and test fluid components and propulsion systems.
• Integrate materials, manufacturing, systems test, operations and systems engineering.
• Collaborate across teams to meet project objectives.
