Job summary

Uxbridge Employment is partnering with a well‑established client to hire a proactive Junior Coordinator for their Operations team in Minnesota. You’ll coordinate inventory, supplier activity and customer sales orders to keep projects on track from planning through to completion.

Working with Operations, Sales, Purchasing and Supply Chain, you’ll gain broad exposure across functions and develop within a project coordination role, building a long‑term career in operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of commercial admin experience or office support.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory and supplier activity to support projects.
• Track monthly inventory usage and report findings.
• Process stock receipts and inventory transactions.
• Maintain accuracy of project data on customer sales orders.
• Liaise with international purchasing teams to resolve order issues.
• Expedite supplier purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
• Support inventory planning and replenishment.
• Provide general project coordination and operations support.
• Handle ad hoc tasks to support the business.
