Job summary

Primoris Heavy Civil in Belton, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Project Scheduler to support the development, updating, and maintenance of project schedules. You will work with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and the project team to build a strong foundation in heavy civil scheduling.

You will learn to manage baseline CPM schedules, assist with look-ahead planning, and support schedule narratives and progress reports while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in project scheduling or construction.
• Internships in heavy civil construction are a plus.
• Basic Primavera P6 knowledge preferred; training may be provided.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in construction-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of master project schedules.
• Incorporate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule.
• Enter and review activity and progress data in Primavera P6.
• Assist with schedule updates and narrative/progress reports.
• Coordinate schedule with field operations, procurement, and engineering.
• Attend weekly and monthly schedule update meetings.
