Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules with resource loading.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedule and identify variances.
• Prepare regular schedule updates and reports.
• Conduct what-if analyses to assess changes to scope/resources/timelines.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and communicate status.
• Develop and maintain schedule-related metrics and curves.
• Ensure compliance with project specs and company standards.
