Job summary

Kamm Consulting is seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of MEP experience to join our Deerfield Beach team. This hands-on role combines project management with design responsibilities, guiding projects from schematic design through construction administration.

You will serve as the primary client and design-partner contact, lead multi-discipline coordination, oversee construction documents with Revit/BIM, and mentor junior staff while ensuring code compliance and project quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MEP consulting experience with project management responsibilities.
• Experience leading multi-discipline coordination and design reviews.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam; knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with accountability to clients and leadership.
• Lead coordination across MEP and with architectural/structural teams throughout design.
• Oversee construction documents production using Revit/BIM workflows.
• Support engineering calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing.
• Support construction administration including site visits, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
• Serve as primary client and design-partner contact, managing expectations.
• Contribute to QC processes and maintain knowledge of codes (FBC, NEC, NFPA).
• Mentor junior staff and support team coordination as needed.
