Job summary

Flix is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a 6-month fixed-term role. You will support planning, tracking, and coordination across teams, helping ensure timely delivery of key tasks and milestones.

You’ll work with internal stakeholders and external vendors, maintain documentation, and escalate risks to senior PMs. Growth toward independent ownership is encouraged as you gain experience.

• Experience in project coordination or related support role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with standard collaboration tools (MS Office, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, tracking, and follow-up on project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reporting across tools such as Confluence, task boards, and action logs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on routine operational items and follow-ups.
• Assist with data collection, clean-up, and consolidation to support analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and stakeholder updates.
• Flag risks, blockers, and delays to senior project managers in a timely way.
• Take ownership of well-defined, lower-complexity tasks and sub-projects, growing toward more autonomy over time.

• Is comfortable with standard collaboration and office tools such as MS Office and Outlook.
• Is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with the ability to take direction and grow into more autonomy.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is a plus.
• Interest in operations, facilities, security, or asset management topics is a plus.
