Job summary

Flix is hiring a Junior Project Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in the United States. You will support coordination and delivery of key projects, helping workstreams run smoothly and build toward independent ownership.

You will handle planning, documentation, stakeholder updates, and risk flagging, with exposure to Jira/Confluence and MS Office tools. This role emphasizes growth and hands-on experience in operations and project support.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, operations, or related support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or similar PM tools is a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, eager to learn, with ability to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, tracking, and follow-up on project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reporting across Confluence, task boards, and action logs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on routine operational items and follow-ups.
• Assist with data collection, clean-up, and consolidation to support analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and stakeholder updates.
• Flag risks, blockers, and delays to senior project managers in a timely way.
• Take ownership of well-defined, lower-complexity tasks and sub-projects, growing toward more autonomy over time.
