Job summary

Olympus Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Manager I to support tradeshow, live events and experiential marketing projects. You will work with Account Managers, production teams, and customers to turn artwork and specifications into finished displays, graphics, and fixtures.

This hands-on, fast-moving role is ideal for someone who loves learning, staying organized, and collaborating across Sales, Prepress, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to keep projects moving and on schedule.

Qualifications

• We're looking for someone who is organized, curious, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers and Project Managers with orders from entry to shipment.
• Learn the business of large-format printing, fabrics, SEG systems, and displays.
• Gather project information, enter accurate orders, organize artwork, track approvals, and follow up on missing information.
• Monitor open orders and communicate potential issues or delays to the appropriate team members.
• Work with Sales, Prepress, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and other internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Provide project updates, tracking information, and other requested information to customers.
• Ask questions, gather information, and work with experienced team members when something doesn't go according to plan.
• Pay close attention to order details, artwork, specifications, quantities, and shipping information.
