Job summary

Olympus Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Manager II to join our team supporting tradeshow, live events, and experiential marketing projects. You will translate concepts, artwork, and specifications into finished graphics, displays, and custom frames for show floors across the country.

You'll work closely with Account Managers, customers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate specs, and high-quality results while navigating fast-paced show deadlines and complex

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating complex projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication with customers, sales, and production teams.
• Ability to review specifications, artwork, and production requirements for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the details that keep projects moving from entry to delivery.
• Partner with Sales to manage day-to-day execution of projects.
• Become a technical resource for Olympus Group capabilities (printing, fabric, framing, lighting).
• Connect the customer to production and communicate requirements, changes, and deadlines.
• Proactively identify missing information or potential production challenges and resolve them.
