Job summary

Olympus Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Manager I to join our team supporting customers in the tradeshow, live events, and experiential marketing industries. You will help turn customer orders, artwork, and specifications into finished projects, coordinating with multiple internal teams.

You’ll learn the business, stay organized, and keep customers informed while contributing to timely production and delivery of large-format graphics, SEG fabric, and custom displays across the country.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn new products, processes, and computer systems.
• ERP experience such as Epicor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer projects. Assist Account Managers and Project Managers with orders from order entry through production and shipment.
• Learn the business. Develop knowledge of large-format printing, fabric graphics, SEG systems, modular frames, custom fabrication, and other Olympus Group capabilities.
• Coordinate details. Gather project information, enter accurate orders, organize artwork, track approvals, and follow up on missing information.
• Track projects. Monitor open orders and communicate potential issues or delays to the appropriate team members.
• Connect the dots. Work with Sales, Prepress, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and other internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Communicate with customers. Provide project updates, tracking information, and other requested information.
• Learn to solve problems. Ask questions, gather information, and work with experienced team members when something doesn’t go according to plan.
• Protect accuracy. Pay close attention to order details, artwork, specifications, quantities, and shipping information.
