Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Project Manager to partner with Project Managers and agency departments, coordinating projects from planning through delivery. You will assist in planning, attend meetings, and help manage workflows while ensuring timely communication and quality.

Opportunities exist to grow into leading accounts and shaping SOW reviews. The role emphasizes proactive communication, multitasking across teams, and supporting multiple departments in a dynamic agency setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic project planning and execution of work.
• Attend and schedule internal meetings, including kickoff, internal review, regroup, and status.
• Lead the online routing of projects, while ensuring quality assurance at each step; maintain the daily hot sheet.
• Provide constant communication in person, via email, IM, phone, etc., to meet client expectations and deliverables.
• Build skillset to be the project lead on a set of accounts; review SOW and identify best practices.
