Job summary

Enclos is seeking an organized, motivated early-career Assistant Project Manager in Omaha, NE to support project teams across the lifecycle of complex façade and curtainwall projects. You will assist with coordination between project management, engineering, vendors, and field teams, helping keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with specifications.

Gain hands-on exposure to all phases of project delivery alongside experienced professionals, while developing skills in field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software in addition to Primavera or other scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and field teams with day-to-day project coordination activities.
• Assist with tracking project schedules, documentation, submittals, RFIs, and closeout materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, fabrication teams, and field personnel to support material deliveries and project execution.
• Observe and monitor field installation progress, productivity, and quality control activities.
• Participate in project mock-ups, site visits, safety walks, and QA/QC processes.
• Maintain project logs, records, and documentation to support accurate reporting and communication.
