Responsabilités

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and delivering projects across different business divisions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and progress trackers.
• Work closely with internal teams and management to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and follow up on action items.
• Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Identify potential delays, issues, and risks, and help develop practical solutions.
• Liaise with external suppliers, service providers, and business partners as required.
• Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and business initiatives.
• Assist with reviewing and improving existing workflows to increase efficiency.
• Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Track project resources, costs, and budgets where required.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure tasks are completed and followed through.
• Support different departments with their project coordination and operational requirements.
• Assist with general business improvement initiatives and other projects as they arise.
