Requirements:
— 6+ months of experience in IT (as a Junior PM, Project Coordinator, or similar roles)
—Upper-Intermediate+ level in written and spoken English;
— Understanding of web/mobile development lifecycle;
— Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban);
— Experience working with the worldwide markets (US, EU, CA, AU customers);
— Experience withTime & Material format;
— Experience with task management tools (experience with ClickUp is a plus);
— Skills in creating and describing tasks: ability to clearly and concisely formulate requirements, break them down into subtasks, and set deadlines;
— Willingness to learn quickly and develop in the field of project management.

Challenges you’ll meet:
— Assistance to existing Project Managers with daily operational tasks;
— Preparation of meeting summaries and project status reports;
— Creation, description, and updating of tasks in task management tools (ClickUp);
— Decomposition of tasks, clarification of deadlines and priorities;
— Supporting the team: recording all changes and new tasks, tracking progress;
— Collecting and systematizing project-related information.
