Our client has an immediate need for a Junior Analyst/Project Manager (Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation), who is responsible for supporting the ongoing implementation and future customization efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce (user-level or administrative, not development)
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and drive task completion
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Salesforce Certifications would be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Support the phased rollout of Salesforce to additional teams
• Track project progress, follow up on tasks, and ensure milestones are met
• Assist in developing basic user guides and documentation
• Help scope and plan future customizations and integrations
• Manage limited resource availability by proactively following up on outstanding items and keeping the project on track
