Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level construction exposure or internship welcome.
• Familiarity with Lean concepts and construction processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans with on-site teams.
• Assists with QA/QC planning for tasks and inspections.
• Learns estimating and change management processes and tools.
• Supports on-site activities: crew sizing, materials, hours, equipment.
• Participates in punch lists, site visits and documentation preparation.
• Maintains drawings and specifications with latest information.
• Organizes project meetings and distributes required reports.
• Prepares and tracks project reports (daily/weekly).
• Performs site observations to support project leadership.
• Creates procurement logs and tracks shop drawings/deliveries.
• Supports project close-out tasks and manuals.
• Applies Lean practices to daily activities.
• Builds relationships with foremen, subs and trades.
