Responsibilities

• Apply project management skills across all phases: development, justification, design, construction, start-up.
• Assist with cost estimates, schedules, and DSP preparation.
• Participate in MOC, PSI, and mechanical integrity reviews and learn requirements.
• Coordinate with external engineering consultants to complete projects cost-effectively.
• Develop scope, cost estimates, and schedules; prepare DSPs and present to leadership.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround teams to support planning and execution.
• Observe HAZOP reviews and incident investigations.
• Learn engineering codes and ensure designs meet safety and environmental standards.
• Promote safety awareness and take corrective action when unsafe practices are observed.
