Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical preferred).
• 0+ years of industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs project management across development, justification, design, construction and start-up.
• Supports project documentation, data gathering, and coordination tasks under supervision.
• Assists with cost estimates, schedules, and DSP preparation.
• Participates in MOC, PSI, and mechanical integrity documentation reviews.
• Coordinates with external engineering consultants and designers to complete projects cost-effectively.
• Develops scope, cost estimates, and schedules for capital and expense projects; prepares DSPs and presents to leadership.
• Collaborates with Maintenance, Construction and Turnaround teams to support planning and execution.
• Observes HAZOP reviews and incident investigations.
• Learns engineering codes and specifications; ensures designs meet safety, environmental, and permitting standards.
• Promotes safety awareness and takes corrective action when unsafe practices or conditions are observed.
