Consider Posh Pro is seeking an entry level Project Coordinator in Tampa, FL to support project managers and teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will help ensure projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within scope.

The role emphasizes planning, documentation, meetings, and risk monitoring, with opportunities to grow through mentorship and exposure to diverse clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing meeting minutes.
• Monitor project status and escape issues and risks to management as needed.
