Limitless East Marketing is seeking an Entry Level Project Coordinator in Los Angeles. You will support project managers, help plan, execute and close projects, and coordinate internal resources and vendors for smooth delivery.

The role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and thorough documentation. You’ll contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded team with exposure to diverse clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing and closing projects on deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports for transparency.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas and capture minutes.
• Monitor status and escalate issues and risks to management when needed.
