Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation and records in Project Folder.
• Create and update project schedules in MS Project.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage document transmittals and index.
• Coordinate transfer of information across disciplines.
• Schedule meetings and document notes.
• Assist with time records and payroll code alignment.
• Track costs and compare to budget; report variances.
• Support proposals, estimates, and vendor RFQs.
• Create Purchase Orders and monitor deliveries.
• Verify receipts match orders.
