Job summary

JPI is seeking a Field Production Coordinator for our California operations. The role supports daily site activities, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures safety and quality standards on site.

You will report to the Construction Superintendent and help maintain the OPC schedule and daily logs. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years in a related field, strong organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and safety adherence with the Construction Lead.
• Coordinate subcontractors and staff within designated area of responsibility.
• Maintain daily logs with labor, deliveries, inspections, and weather impacts.
