Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Junior Project Controls Analyst to support budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis across the full contract life cycle. You will assist with budget updates, monitor expenses, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and provide recommendations.

Excel/PowerPoint proficiency is required in a fast-paced, team environment. Position may require eligibility for a Secret clearance; education and experience combinations as outlined in the job posting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to identify, research, and provide recommendations for administrative and financial issues as part of a team.
• Ability to be a team player, work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ability to identify historical trends and think analytically.
• Clearance: Secret; education/experience combinations as stated.

Responsibilities

• Assist budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract life cycle.
• Authorize budget expenditures and provide leadership to junior staff.
• Monitor expenses and perform cost and schedule variance analysis.
• Prepare detailed financial program management reviews and KPIs.
