Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a junior Project Controls Analyst to support program financial management and control activities in a fast-paced environment near McLean, VA. You will assist budgeting, reporting, estimating, and cost analysis across the full contract life cycle, and act as the primary point of contact for subcontract customers where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Excel formulas and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to research and recommend solutions in a team setting.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract life cycle support.
• Authorize budget expenditures and provide leadership to junior staff as needed.
• Monitor expenses, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare detailed financial program reviews and KPI status for the company.
• Respond to contract and program data calls and participate in SOW reviews.
